Our Mission...

A. Home care aide and nurses will provide the patient with services in their home safely, comfortably, and inexpensively. Services will focus on helping the patient meet his/her physical, emotional, psychological, social and spiritual needs to the fullest capability.

B. Coordination of services will be through multi-disciplinary goal directed planning. Documentation in records will reflect coordination of goal driven care.
