Quality In-Home Care was founded by Jerris Mcphail a former (NFL) Miami Dolphins player and Sampson County native. He listened as families of clients often expressed frustration that they had few alternatives other than to place their loved ones in the nursing facility. Before long, Jerris resolved to establish his own business to provide care for homebound senior citizens.

In the summer of 2005, Jerris set out on his venture to open non-medical home care agency called "Quality In-Home Care" in Clinton, NC. The agency is equipped to handle various needs of clients and also has established an excellent reputation in the surrounding areas.
